Problem
Tracking fitness activities and setting goals can be overwhelming with complex interfaces and lack of clear progress indicators. Users need an easy-to-navigate platform that allows them to monitor their workouts, track progress, and stay motivated towards achieving their fitness goals.
Process
I began by conducting a competitive analysis to identify industry standards and gaps. Based on user research and feedback, I created user personas and user flows to outline key functionalities and interactions. This informed the wireframing, design, and prototyping phases, ensuring that the website effectively addressed user needs.
Solution
The solution involved designing a comprehensive fitness tracking website with the following features:
Dashboard: A personalized overview of fitness activities, goals, and progress.
Activity Tracking: Detailed logging of workouts, exercises, and metrics with visual progress charts.
Goal Setting: Tools for setting and tracking fitness goals, with reminders and motivational prompts.
Community Features: Integration of social features to connect with other users, share achievements, and participate in challenges.

User Flow
The user flow for the gym and fitness website starts with users logging in and being directed to their personalized dashboard. From there, users can log new activities, set fitness goals, and view their progress through visual reports and charts. The website also offers community features to encourage social interaction and motivation.
